The Association of Private Medical, Dental, Paramedical, Paradental & College of Allied Health Sciences is the only authority for conducting Combined Medical Entrance Test.

Admission to member institutions will be made purely on merit on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the prescribed / science subjects in the entrance test.

Duration of the courses will be as prescribed by the Concerned Councils / Authorities.

PATTERN

The examinations would comprise of one session of 3 hours duration. There will be 180 Multiple choice questions with 4 answer choices to each question. Candidates will be tested in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botony and Zoology or Maths (for BMRD & IT and BMLT).

QUESTION PAPER PATTERN

The break up of questions would be

Physics 60 Questions
Chemistry 60 Questions
Botany and Zoology / Maths
(for BMRD & IT and BMLT).
60 Questions
Total 180 Questions

SYLLABUS

CBSE / State Board +2 syllabuses would be
following for setting the question paper.
Medium: English
Timing: 10.00 am – 1.00 pm

MAXIMUM MARKS

The combined maximum marks in the Combined Medical Entrance Test would be 180 and there would be negative marks for wrong answers. There will be no rechecking / revaluation / re-totaling of answer answer sheets under any circumstances

ELIGIBLITY
AGEMinimum age – 17 years on or before 31st December of the respective year

QUALIFICATION

• For admission to M.B.B.S., B.D.S. – Pass in PCB and English at 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate taken together from recognized Board (40% marks for reserved category SC/ST/OBC).

• For admission to B.Sc. (Nursing) – Pass in PCB and English at 10+2 with 45% marks taken together from recognized Board (40% marks for reserved category SC/ST/OBC).

• For admission B.P.T., B.O.T., B.M.M. – Pass in intermediate (10+2) with 45% marks from recognized Board with PCB(40% marks for reserved category).

• Note: The candidate are advised not to submit their applications forms to appear for the test, if they do not fulfill any of the above mentioned eligibility criteria.

NON ELIGIBLITY

• Candidates who do not possess the above qualification at +2 or any other equivalent examination.

• Candidates who are presently undergoing any of the professional courses.

• Candidates who have already joined in any of the professional colleges.

RESERVATIONS

That the G.O. Issued by the Competent Authority from time to time will be strictly followed in the matter
of reservation of seats for admission to the various courses for which the entrance test is being conducted
by the Association.
